Access nature to reduce stress
Getting outside and into nature is sometimes hard to do. It may be because you don’t have access to it. Maybe you just can’t face going outside. But finding a way to access nature – green space, the sea, just looking up at the sky – is a good idea because it’s been proven to reduce stress levels and contribute to mental fitness.
As you look, try and immerse yourself deeply. Allow your mind to be distracted by what you can see. Nature will ground you and give your mind a break from day-to-day stresses, allowing you to refocus and improve your mental fitness.

If you can get outside:
Try just for 10 or 15 minutes to walk around the block, find some greenery and look around you. Notice the breeze on your face or the feel of wet leaves on your fingertips.
If you don’t have easy access:
